Can AbsolutePCB manufacture custom shape PCBs?

Not limited to rectangular printed circuit board prototypes. If an outline is specified in your Gerber files, we will create the PCB with the custom shape specified.  When an outline is not provided, we will create a rectangular outline for you.

The calculation for turnaround begins the first business day after an order is received.  If an order is placed after 8PM EST, the order will be reviewed the following business day.

Any PCB design software that is able to export your project in Gerber format will work.  After exporting your Gerber files, please upload them to our website as a .Zip folder and do not forget to embed a tool list in your Excellon drill file, or provide one in a separate text file.  Common file extensions for Tool Lists are .tol and .rep.

If you received a PCB from AbsolutePCB with a manufacturing issue, we will replace the damaged pieces at no cost to you.  Provide us with your invoice number and please detail the specific issue within 30 days of your order - See Terms of Service.

AbsolutePCB can track your package and verify that the correct shipping address was used (as received by the customer). If a package has been marked “undeliverable” by your selected carrier for any reason, we recommend that the customer call the carrier directly to schedule re-delivery. AbsolutePCB is not responsible for unauthorized returned packages by the carrier and we cannot be responsible for delivery errors, delays, or lost packages caused by carrier.
